  • Where are the rental prices? In order to provide the most competitive pricing on all of our equipment, we do not advertise any pricing online. Please reach out to our rental advisers via our quote request cart or call us (206) 622-7850.
  • Do you have a rental line card? Yes we do! The line card is a great way to get a quick overview of some of the broad range of products we carry. PNTA Rental Line Card
  • I submitted a quote request. Where is my quote?  Our office business hours are Monday-Friday 9:00-6:00 pm Pacific Time. We try our best to respond to all quote requests within 1 business day of your request. If your request is urgent, please call (206) 622-7850 and speak to one of our rental advisers.
  • I need some equipment not listed on pntagear.com. What should I do? We try to list most of our equipment online. However due to our large inventory, we have products that are not listed here. Please call your rental adviser to see if we carry what you need.
  • When can I pickup/drop off equipment? Our warehouse hours are M-F 9:00-6:00pm. Please drop all equipment off no later then 12:00 noon of your scheduled return day. Equipment is available for pick up starting at 2:00 pm on the start date of your rental. If you are returning/picking up equipment outside of those hours, please contact your rental adviser.
  • Can I pickup/drop off equipment on the weekends? Our retail store is open Saturdays from 10:00am to 2:00pm, however we do not staff our rental warehouse on the weekends. If you absolutely must pickup/drop off on the weekend, it must be pre-arranged with your rental adviser.
  • Do you offer delivery? Absolutely! We are proud to offer competitive delivery pricing to all of the state of Washington. We also can ship most of our rental equipment locally or nationwide. Talk to your rental adviser today to discuss the most cost effective delivery option.
  • I am having issues with my gear. What do I do? PNTA is committed to ensuring that you have a smooth rental process. We test all of our equipment before it goes out, but sometimes issues do arise. If you are having issues during business hours, please call (206) 622-7850, and one of our rental advisers will assist. If your issue arises outside regular business hours, we staff a 24-hour rental emergency line at (206) 604-1178. (We strive to respond to all calls within 30 minutes.)
